 Illegal Alcohol in a way is what got me into glass blowing, my grandparents basement was a speakeasy back in the day, the window behind the bar went out under the porch and that’s where they tossed the empty bottles.... as a child I would dig under that porch with a garden shovel and found many old bottles used for smuggling.... planes, boots, boats, dogs... all made out of glass, I always wanted to know how they were made, then we went to Corning glass for a field trip.... mind blowing shit when ur 7 yrs old.....  I’ve now been blowing glass for 10 years
